Professional cooperation terms for cable manufacturing services. Please read carefully before placing orders.
1. Cooperation Scope
Our cooperation terms apply to the following business scenarios:
- OEM/ODM manufacturing services for power cables, control cables, and speaker cables
- Customized cable solutions for industrial automation, power systems, and building projects
- Bulk procurement partnerships with annual volume over $5 million USD
- Technical consultation and design services for cable specifications
- Quality inspection and certification support services
Note: These terms exclusively apply to B2B partnerships with qualified manufacturers, wholesalers, and contractors.
2. Order Rules
MOQ Requirements
- • Standard products: 1000m minimum
- • Customized products: 3000m minimum
- • Sample orders: 100m minimum
- • Special specifications: Negotiable
Payment Terms
- • New customers: 50% deposit + 50% before shipment
- • Regular customers: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment
- • Long-term partners: Flexible payment terms
- • Payment methods: T/T, L/C at sight
Lead Time
- • Standard samples: 5 working days
- • Customized samples: 15 working days
- • Mass production: 30-45 working days
- • Urgent orders: Additional 20% surcharge
3. Customization Terms
Sample & Development Fees
- Standard samples Free (≤3 samples)
- Customized samples $200-500/sample
- Complex development $1000-3000
- Mold/tooling fees Actual cost
* Sample fees will be refunded when mass production order ≥ MOQ × 3
Intellectual Property
- • Customer-funded molds belong to customer after full payment
- • Shared development costs = shared ownership rights
- • Customer designs remain confidential and exclusive
- • Standard products can be offered to other customers
- • Custom specifications require customer approval for third-party sales
4. Quality Assurance & After-sales
Inspection Process
Raw Material Inspection
RoHS compliance, dimensional tolerance verification
Production Monitoring
First article + routine inspection every 2 hours
Final Quality Control
Random sampling + comprehensive testing before shipment
Warranty Terms
- • Warranty period: 24 months from shipment date
- • Coverage: Manufacturing defects and material failures
- • Response time: 24 hours for quality issues
- • Resolution: Free replacement or full refund
- • Third-party inspection: SGS, TUV verification accepted
- • Documentation: EN10204 3.1 certificates provided
5. Liability & Dispute Resolution
Breach of Contract
Delivery Delays
If DOUBLEWIN CABLE fails to deliver on agreed dates, penalty applies:
- • 2% of contract value per week of delay
- • Maximum penalty: 10% of total contract value
- • Force majeure events excluded
Customer Obligations
- • Timely payment as per agreed terms
- • Accurate specifications and requirements
- • Reasonable change request timeline
- • Inspection and acceptance within 7 days
Dispute Resolution
Resolution Process
- 1. Direct Negotiation - 15 days for amicable settlement
- 2. Mediation - Third-party mediation if needed
- 3. Arbitration - Final binding arbitration
Governing Law
- • Jurisdiction: Guangzhou, China
- • Applicable Law: PRC Commercial Law
- • Language: English for international contracts
- • Arbitration: CIETAC rules apply
Important Notice
These terms are effective from the date of order confirmation and supersede all previous agreements. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. For specific questions or clarifications, please contact our sales team before placing orders.
